The mission of the Duke LIFE student group is to create and facilitate community through providing resources, mentorship, and social opportunities. We strive to promote awareness and inclusion for students on Duke’s campus who identify as first-generation and/or lower-income. The organization aims to cultivate pride in the first-generation/lower-income identity through fun and welcoming activities and events.
